Returns
We accept returns only if:

Wrong product received

Manufacturing defect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos/video of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect model selected by customer

Normal wear & tear
Refund Process
Once approved:

Refund will be processed to original payment method
-
Takes 5–7 working days
For COD orders, refund will be via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping Cost

Return shipping is covered only if issue is from our side

Otherwise customer bears return shipping
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
