Refund Policy (Payments & Returns)

At Vibelle.in, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos/video of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect model selected by customer

  • Normal wear & tear


Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refund will be processed to original payment method

  • Takes 5–7 working days

For COD orders, refund will be via UPI or bank transfer.


Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping is covered only if issue is from our side

  • Otherwise customer bears return shipping


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
